The cost of KAP services is discussed during our initial consultation and the treatment plan will be designed to fit your needs.

Everyone’s treatment plan is individualized. A typical KAP cycle includes (1) comprehensive evaluation then 3-9 journeys bookended by a preparation session and integration session. Some people need more preparation than others. At least two are recommended for new travelers. Journey sessions after the initial cycle may be scheduled as needed.

At Whole Circle, I take the following insurances which can be used for psychotherapy, medication management, preparation, or integration sessions: AETNA, CIGNA, OPTUM (UHC, OSCAR, etc.), and BCBS. (NY only). I do this to increase accessibility to care. All rates below are for out-of-pocket pay.
